Cancellation and Refund

Return or Exchange Request

  • Timeframe: Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange Process: Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.

Ineligible Items

  • Non-Returnable Items: Fabrics, Sale & Last Pieces are not eligible for any Return or Exchange.
  • Tags & Labels: Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.

Return Eligibility

  • Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.

Damaged/Defective or Missing Products

  • Timeframe: In case of any damaged/defective or missing products in your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help if this timeline is exceeded.
  • Procedure: Share images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.

Authenticity

  • Misprints and color differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products, and these are all signs of authenticity.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Request Process

  1. Request Submission: Visit the link provided to request a return or exchange - [Return Request Link].
  2. Details Required: State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  3. Return Pickup: A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
  4. Product Condition: Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
  5. Store Credit Orders: Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using a store credit will be rejected.

Store Credit

  • Issuance: A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
  • Validity: The store credit is valid for a lifetime.
  • Amount: The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Exclusions: Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will take 20-25 working days.
  • Eligibility: We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only in terms of STORE CREDIT.
  • Return Processing: Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team, which takes 1-2 working days. Post that, it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund internally. It will take the bank or portal also 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.
  • Fee: A flat fee of Rs.150 will be deducted in case of Money Refunds. No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
  • Amount: A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products. Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
  • Decision Authority: The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Third-Party Courier Service

  • Kindly be aware that we have partnered with a third-party courier service. While we are committed to assisting you, there are instances beyond our control. The contact information of the delivery executive is exclusively provided to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
